What We Do

ICM works with national partners to nurture and grow the Church through the Mini Bible College (MBC) and the Church Building Program. We focus on spiritual and measurable change resulting in the formation of independent and sustainable churches in mostly rural third-world localities.

Mini Bible College
The Mini Bible College (MBC) is the core curriculum we use to nurture believers and assist the spiritual growth of the Church. The MBC is a devotional survey of the entire Bible developed by Pastor Dick Woodward, whose effective, inspiring, and easy-to-understand practical approach cuts through denominational and cultural boundaries. Results show that our Church growth almost doubles when the Church Building Program is integrated with the MBC. Delivery of the MBC occurs in both BroadCasted and Targeted Media Approaches:

Church Building Program
The Church Building Program is the means by which we create measurable and sustainable church growth worldwide. The Church Building Program uses the time-tested, business principle of leveraging resources and the scriptural principle of accountability to fund each church building for as little as $6,500.

Following each church dedication, congregations then honor their agreement to plant five daughter congregations over a three year period—what we call the “Web Concept.” Thus, our close work with the national partners generates exponential church growth, with past results showing an average thirty-fold return for donor contributions. Using this simple model, we literally provide a firm foundation for church congregations to grow in the word of God.
