Many of these groups live in villages in developing nations, unable to read and perhaps lacking access to power. For these believers, our brothers and sisters in Christ, we provide solar-powered audio players loaded with MBC in their language. In some cases, we are able to make it available to them through radio broadcasts.
These audio players are also being distributed through our in-country partners by the thousands to refugees in volatile areas of the world, including Egypt, Iraq and Zambia. A gift of $50 provides a solar-powered audio player loaded with a translation of MBC that will be used by two groups of 10-12 people.
MBC is currently available in these languages: English, African English, African French, Amharic, Arabic, Banjara, Bengali, Bhili, Burmese, Farsi, Gujarati, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Hmong, Indonesian, Kannada, Khmer, Kinyarwanda, Kok Borok, Malagasy, Mandarin, Marathi, Moore, Nepali, Oriya, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Sora, Spanish, Swahili-Kenya, Swahili-Tanzania, Tagalog, Tamil, Telugu, Thai, Ukrainian, Urdu-India, Urdu-Pakistan and Vietnamese.
ICM’s distribution of MBC is only half the story, however. We also partner with donors and in-country ministries to construct churches and other church-based projects. Find out more about the church building part of our ministry.
