Paying it forward

ICM partners come in all shapes and sizes, but they share a common vision with us to reach the world for Christ. One of the commitments they make is to plant at least 5 daughter congregations for every church we build with them, which accomplishes our vision to blanket entire nations with churches.

Another commitment our partners make is to maintain a Covenant Fund of donations from their own congregations in order to fund the purchase of land for churches and to construct buildings with their own resources.

This is a huge challenge in countries like Burkina Faso, where the average family income is less than $1,000 per year. However, after years of faithful giving and saving, Philippe, our partner in Burkina Faso just sent us an incredible update on this church, which the congregation recently built TOTALLY ON THEIR OWN. Rejoice with us and pray for the local pastor, Yaogo Azaria, and his congregation, that they might plant their own daughter churches as the Gospel expands in Burkina Faso.
